Cat Jewelery Ring Holder

Cat Jewellery Dish – Ring Holder & Bedside Trinket Tray

Spread the love

I’ve just finished a new design – a Cat Jewellery Dish – and it’s one of those simple but useful pieces that I really enjoyed bringing to life.

The idea was to create something that worked as everyday storage without looking like ordinary clutter. The stretching cat shape acts as a holder for rings and small items, while the dish keeps jewellery, keys, or loose change safely in one place.

Designing the Cat Jewellery Dish

This model went through several versions before I was happy with it. The main focus was making sure it was practical as well as decorative:

  • The dish needed to be deep enough to actually hold items
  • The cat shape had to be strong and stable
  • The model needed to print cleanly without supports
  • The overall look had to stay simple and modern

The final result is a piece that fits nicely on a bedside table, dressing table, or hallway shelf without taking up too much space.

Features

  • Original cat design created by me
  • Works as a jewellery dish, trinket tray, or key holder
  • Clean, support-free print
  • Suits modern, cute, and minimalist spaces
  • Available as a finished item or as an STL file

Materials & Use

  • Prints well in PLA or PETG
  • Great in matte, silk, or pastel colours
  • Ideal for rings, earrings, coins, keys, and small accessories

Why I Like This Design

I enjoy creating objects that are both useful and a little bit playful. This cat dish is practical first, but it also adds some character to a room instead of being another plain tray.

Seeing a design go from an idea on screen to something people can use every day is always the best part of the process.
